1. 35% Reservation for Native Women in Government Jobs

  • The Bihar Cabinet, led by CM Nitish Kumar, has approved 35% reservation in all direct government recruitments for native women of Bihar.

🧑‍🎓 Youth Commission Formation

  • The government will set up a Bihar Youth Commission to advise on youth employment, skill development, education, entrepreneurship, and social issues.

Financial Aid for Disabled Aspirants

  • Disabled candidates who clear prelims of UPSC/BPSC will now get:

    • ₹50,000 after clearing the prelims

    • ₹1,00,000 for preparation of mains and interview

🚜 Diesel Subsidy for Farmers

  • A fund of ₹100 crore has been approved to provide ₹2,250 per acre as subsidy for irrigation via diesel (up to 8 acres per farmer).
